Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase or discount code required. Return shipping is also free for your first apparel return or exchange.

Where expedited shipping is available, it can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

Orders are processed seven days a week, and most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Processing times may be longer during product drops and other high-volume periods.

Pre-order items ship starting the date shown on the product page, separately from the rest of your order, and we’ll email you tracking for each shipment.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, with the exception of sticker orders, which ship without a tracking number.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, service disruptions, and unsuccessful delivery attempts.

While we cannot guarantee delivery dates or prevent carrier-related delays, customers can track their shipments using the tracking information provided by email (sticker orders do not include tracking).

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We currently ship only within the United States. If this changes, we will update this page and announce the change on our website and social media channels.

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact support@toxicsociety.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
